10 Hollywood Celebrities I’d Like to Have Dinner With

I was bored in History class. Really bored. And I needed ideas for an article for today, so I started brainstorming. I’ve been reading a lot of movie blogs lately and I noticed that a lot of people were writing about celebrities/characters they’d like to have dinner with. And since I had nothing else to do in class (don’t ask me what my grade in that class is…), I did my list. So, without further a due, here’s a list of 10 Hollywood celebrities I’d like to have dinner with!

№1: Leonardo DiCaprio

If there was ever a real life person who I would call my idol, Leonardo DiCaprio would be it. I love this guy. He’s an awesome guy and I’d have a lot of fun talking with him at my fictional dinner. We could talk about vapes, discuss climate change, make a couple of jokes, and, most importantly, I could ask him a lot of questions about acting (for those of you how don’t know, I’m an actor).

№2: Christopher Nolan

Nolan is one of my favorite directors currently working in Hollywood. I strive to be a filmmaker (one day, for now I’m focused on acting) and I’d love to ask him for some advice. I would also love to get to know the guy. He obviously has a great imagination and is a fantastic entrepreneur and creator. I couldn’t miss a chance to know that kind of person.

№3: Andy Samberg

One of the funnies people in Hollywood. I love this guy. First off, I was a big fan of The Lonely Island and I would absolutely love to meet the person who kept the band together. He’s also just a really cool guy to have over at dinner. We could have a couple of beers and constantly make jokes. It would be awesome.

№4: Meryl Streep

Meryl Streep is one of the most amazing actresses to have ever lived on this planet (and that’s a fact, Donald). She’s also a bold, amazing, cool, and intelligent woman. I’d love to have her be part of my fictional dinner. We could discuss literally everything and I could ask her for some specific acting advice and ask her how I can make it into Hollywood.

№5: Casey Neistat

This is a bit of a cheat, really. I mean, Casey Neistat has had relationships with Hollywood celebrities and he has been a part of a few Hollywood productions, but he doesn’t really fall into the category ‘Hollywood celebrity’, does he? F**k it. Casey Neistat is an amazing person. Firstly, he’s smart and funny and we could have a lot of fun. Second, he’s an amazing cinematographer and editor and he could expand my knowledge on those subjects. Third, his entire philosophy on working and being productive all the time has changed me so much and has definitely made me a better person. I would love to meet the person responsible for that.

№6: Johnny Depp

He’s just the most awesome guy. Tell me, if you had the chance to meet Johnny Depp, wouldn’t you do it without question? I mean, I could talk to him about everything and ask him about acting, sure, but I’d rather just chill with the guy and grab a drink. I would befriend Johnny Depp and talk to him about girl problems. Then I would die in peace.

№7: Ricky Gervais

Let’s get the obvious out of the way. Ricky Gervais is the funniest guy in Hollywood. He’s amazing. I want to have him at my dinner just so that he could make jokes all night. I’d probably be on the floor the whole time. However, he’s also an extremely intelligent person. Like, super smart. And I would love to hear his opinion an a number of subjects.

№8: Alejandro G. Iñárritu

The most innovative person in Hollywood. Just like with Nolan, I would love to hear his thoughts on filmmaking and get some advice from him. What I’m most interested in, however, is to understand how he manages to always be new and how he managed to change the direction of cinema with each of his latest movies.

№9: Jack Nicholson

Just like with Meryl Streep, I would love to ask him some acting questions and how to make it into Hollywood. But you know what else? I would love to talk to him about girls. He’s a famous ladies man and I just want to pour myself and him a scotch, light a cigar, and discuss my love life with Jack Nicholson. That’s basically my life goal.

№10: Alexandra Daddario

This is where I get use of my talk with Jack Nicholson about women. Alexandra Daddario is a cool, charming, (currently single), and hot Hollywood celebrity. I’d love to have a chat with her. But also, I’d love to have a shot with her. I won’t lie, it would be awesome to score with Alexandra Daddario. I probably won’t, but by inviting her to my fictional dinner, at least I’ll have a shot.
