Oscars 2019: Mahershala Ali Wins Best Supporting Actor (Speech Recap)

Mahershala Ali wins the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor at the 91st Academy Awards for his role as Dr. Don Shirley in Green Book.

In his speech, he first thanked the real Dr. Shirley. He then thanked Viggo Mortensen. Ali dedicated his Oscar to his grandmother for pushing him to always think positively and continue trying. He finished off by thanking the entire cast and his wife.
